The car felt like new again after being in with Kwik Fit in Bangor. Everything was explained to me fully. Very friendly atmosphere and a busy garage. Which I would highly recommend! Thank you Kwik Fit!
The work was done well and quickly which was good but I was quoted a price over the phone, then charged significantly more when I went to collect the car (I was told I miss-heard the price, which I did not). I won't be back.
UPDATE: I was contacted by Kwik Fit customer service who apologised for the error and agreed to refund the difference between what was quoted and what I paid. Well done Kwik Fit! This sort of follow up really makes the difference so I will be back after all.
Able to replace punctured tyre at short notice on a Saturday just before closing. Saved my trip the next day, great service!
Excellent service. Visiting the area and discovered a nail in our camper tyre just prior to a long journey home to Scotland. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. The staff were very professional and friendly and did not charge for the repair. Thank you again for helping us
